Practices will be held on Tuesday or Thursday nights from 5:45 pm – 6:45 pm this year at Cumberland Rd Elementary School. Please check back for dates, times, and location.

Girls should come to practice dressed appropriately in shorts or sweats, a t-shirt, and athletic shoes. It is not safe to practice in flip-flops. Also, it is important for each girl to bring a bottle of water for hydration.
