Dear Parents,
The Fishers/HSE Youth Cheerleading season is about to begin. Here are some important dates you need to remember (please keep this paper as a reminder):
Camp
Our final camp is at Indiana Elite on July 22 & 23 from 1:00-2:30 pm. Doors will open 20 minutes early. If you have not registered and would like to attend, you may register at the door for $25.00.
Practice
Practice begins the week of August 5th and goes
through September 25th (please refer to our website at www.hseyouthfootball.com and click
on Cheerleading for all practice dates).
Indiana Elite will be assisting with the practice. Please
be considerate of our volunteer coaches and pick your child up no later than
6:45!
Location:
Time: 5:45-6:45 pm
***NOTE: Due to the Ice Cream Socials on Thursday,
August 7, the Seniors will practice on Tuesday, August 5 at 7:00 – 8:00 pm.
* Skirts and bloomers (and vests for Seniors) will be handed out the first week of practice.
* The second week
of practice is MANDATORY! This is the
night you will meet your coach/team (Meet the Squad Night) and the ONLY night
your team shirt (or emblem) and hair ribbons will be handed out. You will need your full uniform for picture
day. Also, there will be a Parent Meeting prior to the girls meeting their
squads.
Picture Day
Saturday, August 16
* Location and time will be handed out at Meet the Squad Night.
* This is the last day that Spirit wear will be sold for the season.
Game Dates
Games begin Saturday, August 23rd and go through Saturday, October 4th. Select games will be played during the week under the lights. Some teams will participate in a tournament which will take place on October 11th – 12th.
Weatherline
In case of rain, please call 466-2853. The weatherline will be updated one hour before practice.
