Hello everyone. You are getting this message because your child played football last year for the Riverside Junior High 7th Grade Football team or played either rec. or travel in the HSE youth football program in the 6th grade. I am attempting to get this info to all RJH Football players for next year- those entering 7th or 8th grade. If this is not you and you received this email by mistake- I apologize.
As usual, there will be a few football camps to attend at the 2 local high schools. Please check the appropriate web sites for information on the high school camps if you want your child to attend. The purpose of this email is so you are aware of the Bishop-Dullaghan Middle School Football Camp. The information flier is attached. It is a great camp and I wanted to be sure you were all aware of it. The session I would like to take a look at is the Anderson University (Middle School Camp - Session 2) set for June 23 – 26. I wanted to select one camp session so all RJH kids can be there together. You may want to consider who would be a good roommate for your child as this is an overnight camp. I sent my son last year and he LOVED it! I know some of you are familiar with this camp as well… These dates are also the dates the youth league is using for 6th graders, so there may be some familiar faces at this session of the camp.
Information on try outs for Riverside Football will be sent home this spring, so I look forward to seeing everyone at that point! I am sending this now so you may plan your summer and I know these camps will fill up. Involvement in any of these camps will not effect the try out process and this camp is by no means required. I am sure the kids will enjoy the camp and the extra preparation couldn’t hurt!! This info is just for your information and all costs would be your responsibility.
