Concession volunteer sign up
Minimize

Friday August 27, 2010

Some of you have received this email a couple of times, due to some email difficulties this is the first time some of you are receiving this email. Attached is a copy of the current needs for volunteer openings for the Mudsock Concession stand. Please follow the directions below. If we do not fill up the schedule the league will begin to schedule people to work a shift. Failure to volunteer by showing up will result in your $15.00 deposit check being cashed. After Labor Day one last email will go out and if you still have not responded checks will be cashed.

Some of you on the email may already be on the schedule please disregard this.

Please go to www.hseyouthfootball.com you will see the schedule and the following instructions

For all parents that made a decision to work a session in the concession stand for a 2 hour shift, here is the information on how to get your assigned shift.

1. You will receive an email outlining the shifts for the season by Wednesday August 18, this is a change from the original date. The schedule is posted so you may begin sending emails to the address below.

2. You will be asked to fill in 3 preferences to work.

3. Email your preferences back to Jim Wierciak at jcw0426@att.net

4. Continually check our Website www.hseyouthfoootball.com in the concession tab to find your name and assigned shift.

5. If you fail to fulfill your shift, the $15.00 concession check will be cash.

6. The league prefers that an adult fulfill the shift. No minors.

Any questions email Jim at jcw0426@att.net, once the shifts are posted.

All shifts at HSEJH are supervisory.

Thanks,

Jim Wierciak

Labor Day weekend
Minimize

For 2010, the decision was made not  to play games on the Labor Day Holiday weekend. For many years this occurred. In doing so some teams maybe playing up to 3 games within 10 days in the tackle league. For flag players there maybe 2 games on some dates.

Please remember despite the number of games in a shorter time frame over a couple of weeks does not change the fact we still play the same number of games and the number of practices does not change after game 1 according to our rules.

So, enjoy the games and enjoy the Labor Day weekend.
